Demolition of double storeyed residential building (2-No.) structure with sheet roofing over wooden truss and main/partition walls in brick masonry, wooden doors and Cement concrete flooring etc. Disposal of building rubbish/ malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials from the site by mechanical means, including all operations i.e. leveling, dressing, loading, transporting, unloading at approved municipal dumping ground and consolidating with road roller including making good undulations etc all complete, for all leads and lifts involved, as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. (Bid is for exclusive of land below & surrounding of the buildings). Approximate Plinth area of building is 1163.25 Sft each. Note : The removal of these dismantled materials shall be carried out only upon completion of the entire demolition process and with the prior approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
