Shifting erection and commissioning of new 40 MVA 132 33 KV (ECE make) Power Transformer II at 220 KV Substation Etah under ETD Mainpuri

Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer-II, ECE make from unloading site to plinth 20 meters distance including turning of tank, if required, including all T&P and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorily at 220 KV S/S Etah.

Additional shifting of main tank of new 40 MVA T/F-II (ECE Make), to safe distance 5 Mtrs or part thereof if required.

Complete erection of new 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer-II (ECE make) by shifting & erection of radiators, conservator tanks, all bushings, their turrets, connecting all pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panels, marshaling box etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and topping up of transformer oil (Not circulation) in tank radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and all other associated works for satisfactorily completion of work. 132/33 kV, 40 MVA T/F accessories provided by UPPTCL.

Centrifuging of fresh transformer oil and filling of balance oil into transformer by centrifuging machine having skilled operator and to achieve & provide final BDV & PPM Testing results as per norms. T/F oil provided by UPPTCL.

Erection of 03 Nos. 132 KV & 03 Nos. 33 KV LA with structure and its earthing, height raising of structure for clearance (if required) of radiators (G.I. angle provided by department free of cost)

Earthing of new 40 MVA 132/33 KV transformer-II body & neutral , including Marshaling Box, RTCC panel etc. with MS flat size 50X6 mm / 75X10 mm and connecting the same with main earthmat at two places as required including painting of such MS flats with green enamel paint above ground surface.MS flats provided by the UPPTCL.

Termination work of Control Cables of T/F in Marshalling Box by providing Cable Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties and Lugs etc. including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping Type Lugs of Dowell/Coma/Jackson Make and all other associated work to complete the job successfully as per technical specifications.

Installation of new RTCC panel ECE Make , new 40 MVA T/F work includes its shifting from yard/designated place to installation site & its proper earthing as per direction of supervising engineer

Proper cable termination of RTCC panel, cooling fan etc after making cable schedule ferruling properly ferrules will be provided by contractor only at his own cost.

Jumpering of 40 MVA T/F with moose/panther conductor ,between LA and CT, Bushings (HV and LV)

Providing and fixing of MS wire mesh of size 7 Mtr x 3.2 Mtr wire mesh size 1x1" of 14 SWG between 40 MVA T/F and 33 KV Lighting arrestor work includes fabrication of frame of MS angle of size 65x65x6 mm, supported by vertical MS angle of size 50x50x6mm at two place at equidistance, similarly providing MS flat of size 50x6mm at two places at equidistance frames must be fabrication with 02 Nos. legs of length 2x4 mtrs of size65x65x6mm MS angle each leg will be provided with a cleat of size 50x50x6 mm MS angle of length 150mm grouting of legs will be done with concrete ration of M15 up to 700mm with a chimney size 300 mm x 300mm also earthing of wire mesh at two places with main mat through 25x6 mm MS flat.

Fixing of 33 KV Post insulator on frame by making proper poles wielding etc. work also includes proper jumper of twin ACSR Moose conductor over post insulator from LV bushing of 40 MV T/F to 33 KV Current T/F as per direction of supervising engineer.

Painting of wire mesh with two coat of good quality red oxide paint & two coat of light grey colour paint of good quality as per direction as supervising engineer.
