The intending bidders should be a registered contractor enrolled in valid CEIG Class-1 registered contractor.

The requisite Earnest Money Deposit (in the form of e-cash/e-Bank guarantee/Insurance Surety Bonds issued by Insurance Company authorized by insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India).

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 The intending bidder in his / its name should have in the last 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 390.00Lakh (Usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract) (Rs.195.00lakhs X 2 ). The turnover prior to FY 2026-27 will be updated to the Present Price Level by giving weight age of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. FY 2026-27. Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years The Financial Statement shall be certified by a practicing chartered accountant bearing UDI number generated on UDI portal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the same shall be counter checked on the ICAI portal.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The intending bidder should have in last 5 years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value), as prime contractor, one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender (50%x195.00 is equal to 97.50 Lakhs) in last five years The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division or equivalent in case of other Government undertaking within India. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weight age of 10% each year Note 1) Similar work means Construction/Upgradation/Repairs/O & M of Laser show/Musical Dancing Fountain/ Fountains /3D Projection mapping/similar entertainment projects.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The intending bidder should have executed minimum quantities of 1) Supply, Installation, commissioning of Speakers/Subwoofers Works, Usually 80% of the Peak annual rate of Construction (0.8 x 8x12)/08 is equal to 10 Nos 2) Supply, Installation, commissioning of Amplifiers Works, Usually 80% of the Peak annual rate of Construction (0.8 x4 x12)/08 is equal to 5 Nos (The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division or equivalent in case of other Government undertaking)

Each bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.73.13 lakhs from any Nationalized / scheduled bank (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (Usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period)). The format for Bankers Certificate/ Line of Credit (BC/LOC) letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No: FD- CAM/16/2022 (P-2) dated 22.08.2022.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value (Rs 195 Lakhs) The available tender Capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender Capacity is equal to (Ax Nx1.5 minus B), where, A is Maximum value of civil engineering works Executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 8 months (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited) Note(i) The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or Equivalent.
