Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vriified in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated SCunsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5AFT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make Colour glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of size 550x400mm with a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waste water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position Colour glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of size 580mm x 440mm of approved quality with 'P' (or) 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix [one lime, two M-sand and five brick jelly] 100m thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to the cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismantling the brick masonry, reinforced concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.
