Material and labour for repair to potholes exe 30 mm depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. and cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of bitumineous primer VG-10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder VG-30@ 9.8 Kg / 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. and cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified & directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm & n.exc 100mm deep including removal from site of work complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 @ 10.00 kg per 10 Sq metre including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 @ 5.00 kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for 25mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous carpet with 0.34 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), laid & spread using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to the requirred camber and gradient with tandem vibratory roller of adequate capacity complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly in accordance with IS specification No 5317-2002( As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @ 4.50 Kg/ Sqm (Minimum) mixed with stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @ 0.008 cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @ 0.0096 cum/sqm and sand @ 0.004 cum per Sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen per Sqm for anti skiding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: 1. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity. 2. TheContractor is adviced to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the Tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the work after conclusion of Contract.

Material and labour for premix bitumen macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with 4% minimum binder content by weight of total mix,laid/rolled and compacted to requiired gradient and camber, (Consolidate thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity.

Material & labour of water bound macadam, 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers each layer 75 mm thick compacted separately with broken stone aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) (Granite, Trap or Basalt) spread rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Each layer shall be rolled separately. Measurement shall be recorded for compacted thickness of 150mm.

Material and labour for 2mm thick painting to road surface as in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, zebra cross etc on roads. Pavements like etc with thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS 3262 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of road studs of size 110mm x 128mm x 30mm made of poly carbonate lens working exclusively on micro prismatic lens type technology fixed to road with epoxy based resin adhesive after necessary preparation of surface and making good the disturbed surface incl taking out existing old one and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm gaded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, kerb and the like including weathering, slightly founded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) Note:- Cost of Form Work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted be the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately.

Material & labour for Sand filling of compacted thickness 40mm under PCC paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 08 above but without using self propelled mechanical paver. Note:- This item shall be executed only in areas which is inaccessible by the mechanical paver after obtaining approval from GE.

Supply and laying Reinforced concrete pipe 300mm bore , Class NP-3, laid and jointed with coller complete all as specified and directed
