M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M & L colour glazed ceramic tiles size of tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick iin vertical surfaces over 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in flooring laid over and incl cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per Sl No. 10 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12.00 above but MS tie bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 5mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 Design Mix using 20mm graded agg as in beams,lintle/plinth bands cantilevers, bressumers, lintel over 1.5m clear span supported on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete.

S & F for E-board 600mm x 600mm x 4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction including taking down the existing false ceiling of any type with frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long (size) butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

ELECTRICAL (E&M) WORKS M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one Switch with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed/surface in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes alongwith 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover of suitable size of terminal boxes with new brass screws and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area), complete all as specified.

M & L for GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia bracket not less than 1.5 Mtr long and bend to a shape for fixing of bldg security light including 02 nos clamps made out of 25 x 6 mm MS flat including 04 nos fully threated bolts and nuts fixing on wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge, 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core. Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of this BOQ.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/losse soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying or fixing GI pipe medium grade 50 mm bore including all fittings for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.
