Steel Materials

33kv 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable laying D/C in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33 kv cable )as per resspo.

33 kv 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE cable laying in 150mm MS/GI pipe single circuit For Crossing of Nala, Canal, Puliya, etc. with Welding, Clamping , Foundation and bracing which requiared (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except the 33 KV Cable ) as per resspo.

33 kv 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable laying in trench S/C.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33kv Cables) as per resspo.

33 kv 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable laying in RCC Pipe with Coller S/C. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33kv cables) as per resspo.

Cable laying by drill method single circuit. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33 kv cables)

Cable laying by drill method single circuit with MS Pipe 6" dia. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33 kv cables)

Cable laying by drill method with HDPE pipe 160 mm S/C. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33 kv cables)

Hoisting of 33 kv 3x300 sq mm XLPE Cable on D/P with GI Pipe dia 6" its jumpring complete with clamps, nuts and bolts .(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33kv cables & O/D J/K. )as per resspo.

Hoisting of 33 kv 3x300 sq mm XLPE Cable on cable stand/cubical meter its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts .(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33kv cables & O/D J/K. )as per RESSPO.

High pressure testing of 33kv 3x300 sq.mm.XLPE cable .Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor

Providing, fixing & grouting of stone size (750X500X100mm) for cable route marker on cable route . punching Discom, Depth,feeder name and voltage.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor) as per RESSPO.

Ploting of cable layout route on (i.e. depth under net and distance from either side of prominent reference fixed point). The reference must be not more intervals of 100 meter. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor )as per norms for 33 kv line from primary s/s to 33/11kv s/s.

painting with ISI Mark Aluminum Paint of 33 kv feeder Name on the Cable stand as per instruction of site Engineer

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" Class GI pipe 50 mm dia from ground upto the water level(minimum 30 mtr. Deep )as per standard practice (All material shall be provided by the contractor )as per resspo.

Earthing of indor/Outdoor equipments & structures by means of M.S strip 50X6mm & connecting to pipe type earthing as per RESSPO norms.joints will be welded with high quality are welding.( All the material shall be provided by the contractor )as per RESSPO.

Fabrication & erection of cable stand with grouting & plinthing as per resspo norms.( All the material shall be provided by contractorr except steel material )

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. For making straight through joint 33KV work included filling of soil leveling and ramming of the same. ( All the material shall be provided by contractor except S/Th )

Providing & Fixing of rubber mat 2x1 sq.mtr. by the Contractor

Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provision of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necessary clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. T-off ,1 no.Top channel , 2 no. dropper angle of cable for supporting the hoisting etc.Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug as per RESSPO norms.(All material Shall be Provided by contractor except as. T-off channel , dropper angle , STP 11mtr, Top Channel and dropper channel , 33 KV Pin Insulator & PVC cable).

Grouting of STP in depth of 1/6th the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESSPO. ( All the material shall be provided by the contractor )

Painting of STP with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality top 2 mtr PO Red paint and remaining al. Paint (ISI mark) as per RESSPO.( All the material shall be provided by the contractor )

Shifting and installation of 33 KV Cubical meter in meter room. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except Cubical meter. )

Shifting and installation of 33 KV CT/PT meter Pole mounted on D/P with jumpering. (all materials provided by Contractor except CT/PT meter unit.

Earthing of D/P with MS earhing rod .( earthing rod provided by Department.)

Cutting and chopping of tree braches of trees.

GST SHALL BE PAID EXTRA
