S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the framing/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

M&L 2nd class hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkhats.

S&F 40mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides.

S&F 2nd class hardwood 35 mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F 100mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised.

M&L 20 mm thick granite (of best quality) work (table rubbed and polish to mirror finish) in a steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer (ISI Marked) white colour both inside and outside with top cover, hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed, including dismantling old water tank of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified.
