SPECIAL REPAIR TO GUARD ROOM (BLDG NO. P-527) AT AIRPORT GATE AT INS HANSA UNDER AGE B/R – I (B/R PORTION)

Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance n. exc. 100 mtr and depositing where directed

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-

40 mm thick in columns

30 mm thick in beams

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer instructions over wire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

M &L for remove the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wirebrush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, remove the rust by using rust remover of approved make.Apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement Bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (mortar to be prepared by adding 20% Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB or equivalent to 1:3 cement sand mortar) at a thickness upto 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Note- Univeral polymerised repairs mortars single pack like pagel U40 or Dr fixit micro concrete may also be used

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat/Conipur M-800 of BASF/ Equivalent of Sika/ Cico) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completly. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to eusure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. 20mm thick
