Removal & refixing of existing 11 KV Side Cable Stand with proper concreting / grouting as per Norms

Removal & refixing of existing nutral Stand with proper concreting / grouting as per Norms

Safe dragging of 5 MVA T/F from plinth to a safe place in/out S/s Premises

Commissioning and complete Testing of 10 MVA T/F with mounting of radiators & conservator tank, filling of T/F oil, complete wiring and other associated work .

Connecting 10 MVA Power Transformer to 33 KV & 11 KV line & jumpering by 1x630 Sqmm. cable including with fixing of connector & Al. lugs (Required connectors, PG clamps & Al. lugs/L-pices will be provided by contractor).

Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provission of cable with fixing of necesory clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire,2 no. channels 100x50 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50mm(3200mm in length) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size Al.lug after making three phase busbar with help of 11 KV pin,pin insulator and PVC cable. (all material arranged by contractor except steel,pole & insulator).as per RESPO norms.

Dragging of panel and erection and grouting, commissioning & testing of the same as per RESPO Norms

Supply & Laying of copper control cable of following sizes its proper dressing ,ferruling and connection with the system as per Site Condition with cleaning of Existing Trench. as per norms

Hoisting of 11KV 3X185 sqmm XLPE cable on double pole with MS pipe/GI pipe of size 5/6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts (all material arranged by contractor).

Laying of Double circuit 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil As per Site Condition by digging of suitable size of trench as per site condition cable should be covered by bricks and sand with cleaning of Existing Trench.

Hoisting, jumpering, clamping of 11KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable on 11 KV panels with proper taping with the help of empire tape. PVC tape and connectors.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE Cable at cable stand and in 11 KV VCB Pannel with complete work

Pipe boring type Earthing minimum 20 mtr deep from ground lavel or upto water level with ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 2“ dia connection of equipments with earthing/strip included in the job as per norms for Transformer /other requried equipments.

Laying of Single 11 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench of suitable size & it's boxing with brick & sand and properly levelling & ramming after laying of cable etc. (All required materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Supply & erection of Copper Bond 0.5 Mtr. Long 65x8mm suitable for 10 MVA T/F (All required materials will be provided by contractor )

Dismantling & Refixing of 33 KV Cable stand

Minor Repairing of existing Power Transformor Plinth and switch yard area after commissioning of 10 MVA T/F

Balance Recived material from site & its carriage with proper stocking to LESA Store & other misc. work
