Charpoy Folding IP With Plywood hard Top (Drg No:FD-388) For Ser Item No 49.00 to 52.00 : Taking out old unserviceable top from Charpoy Folding and S&F new 12 mm thick plywood commercial type, as per existing shape and size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for welding the leg of Charpoy Folding with provision of 25 mm MS pipe 1.6 mm thick to cover the unserviceable part approx length 450 mm of the leg and duly rubbed to smooth the welded portion . Rest as directed by Engr in Charge.

Replacement of broken rubber shoe and S&F of new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as required at site complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar (Drg No.FD-220) For Ser Item No 80.00 to 87.00 Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI Charpoy and supply and fixing of 12mm thick commercial plywood, BWR grade, chemically treated of size 1980x900mm rounded edges on four corners, Fixed with MS bolts and nuts 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per Charpoy (03 Each on both long rails and 02 Each on both short rails) Complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of mild steel flat iron 40 x 5mm welded between long rails including grinding the welded portion smoothly and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire flat iron complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each flat iron will be measured as one unit

Removing unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new long rail made out from 32mm dia GI tubing medium grade, shape and size as per existing long rail of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing. ( Make- TATA/Jindal)
