Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth,slush/mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required ) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.S frames

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead in cement mortar. The rate includes head load pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation / flowing seepage and working in foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., completed all directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceablematerial within 50 metres lead

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work above / below ground level- 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand(M sand ) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) The rate including all head loads, leads, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation/flowing /seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and /or liquid mud etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc., The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid md due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Suspended floors , roofs ,landings , balconies and access platform. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size . The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL/JSW) Fe -415 or more

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement - 12mm cement plaster

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on steel work

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/ diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required – in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debries within a lead of 5 KM radius, beyond the initial lead of 50m and filling up in the low lying area as directed by the Engineer - in – Charge.
