Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of SECOND class designation including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan ( Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or Strap,10 litre low level P.V. C. flushing cistern including flushpipe (of approved make "manually controled device conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making goodthe walls and floors wherever required Orissa pattern white vitreous china W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.
