Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC induction motor 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Cycles, and taking out to local workshop induction motor of 15 HP for repair purpose including complete cleaning, varnishing, insulation, greasing and including shifitng back to location as directed, installing, testing and commissioning after repair complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC Squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Vlots, 50 Cycles, 5/7.5HP, capacity motors from respective non clogging centrifugal pumps/open well submersible pumps, other rotating mechanism etc, removing from foundations, dismantling rotor and stator, bearings, cleaning the dust/dirt, overhauling thoroughly including complete varnishing and reinsulation,greasing, reassembling the motor, mounting on the foundations, coupling with non clogging centrifugal pumps/respective mechanism, making the electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (note- Rewinding will be measure & paid seperately under relavant item of sch.)

Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC Squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Vlots, 50 Cycles, 3HP, 2840 RPM capacity motors from respective non clogging centrifugal pumps/ open well submersible pumps, other rotating mechanism etc, removing from foundations, dismantling rotor and stator, bearings, cleaning the dust/dirt, overhauling thoroughly including complete varnishing and reinsulation, greasing, reassembling the motor, mounting on the foundations, coupling with non clogging centrifugal pumps/ respective mechanism, making the electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Taking out old unserviceable rubber coupling of 20HP motor and S&F new rubber coupling of size 110mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable submerssible pump and motor 1.5HP from bore well with the help of chain pully, carefully dismantling HDPE pipe and repair and maintenance of pump and rewinding of motor as required and again droping in well after connecting HDPE pipe including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable Electro Chlorinator model No NC 600 capable to generate hypocloride solution from common salt powder pack unit from clorination tank and replacment of Electrolyser anode fin, element, recoating of electrochorinator anode, copper core and contact stud, cathode fin and carrying out other necessry repairs and testing complete all as specified and directed.
