Fixing of Insulation in Ring Header :This work involves removal of damaged insulation and refixing with new / old insulation material in Boiler Ring Header etc., Charges inclusive of cost of T&P's and consumables. Charges for 210mm thick :

Fixing of cladding sheet :This work involves fixing of G.I Sheet with new / old G.I Sheet over insulation done in Boiler pressure parts and pent house etc., Charges inclusive of T&P's & Consumables.

Fixing of cladding sheet in Pent house LHS & RHS area :This work involves fixing of G.I Sheet with new / old G.I Sheet over insulation in Boiler pent house cladding sheet damaged area etc., Charges inclusive of T&P's & Consumables.

Arresting of cladding Sheet with M.S fin plates: This work consists of gas cutting of M.S plates of various size from 100 to 300 mm plates into required length to suit to the site requirement, grinding of fin plates, welding of fin plates and welding of fin plates in the boiler structure I beams and channels to arrest the G.I sheet in place and avoid air ingression / ash leakage. Charges inclusive of T&P's and consumables.

providing temporary scaffolding for positioning, aligning and welding of scaffolding materials dismantling the temporary scaffolding after completion of works. Charges inclusive of T&P's and consumables.

Charges of providing of MS mesh 6mm x 100 mm x 100 mm, work involves welding of MS mesh at Boiler bottom ring header area (Charges inclusive of MS mesh, consumables and T&P's etc.,)

Complete removal of the damaged wool and other items : This work involves complete removal of the damaged wool from pipes, tubes, Wall panels and removing scale, rust thoroughly & cleaning of above surfaces gathering removed waste wool, debris and other unwanted materials from the respective floor to O mtr El and transporting the material for away from the site as per the Engineer in charge instruction and location. Charges inclusive of consumables and T&P's etc.,

Supply of Lightly resin bonded wool mattresses of 60mm thick, confirming to IS 8183 of issue of with 1/2" x 23 swg wire setting at single side. Bulk density - 150 kg/cub.mtr Material : Basalt Rock packed in HDPE bags. Size : 1.52m x 1.22m x 60mm thick Including P&F, F&I and unloading charges
