To attend elect complaint of sewage installation replacing burnt lugs of cable, to check auto star delta starter, voltmeter, ammperemeter in pump panel changeover switch and make functional if minor repair involves to above equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling and disconnecting of all electrical connections of 7 HP to 20 HP submercible pump motor, taking out from sewge well and shifting it to civil market work shop for repair and return back from civil work shop after repair to the site by transport and lowering it to sewage well after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for, Dismentaling/opening the burnt motor, rewinding the motor with supper enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves and dry and backing etcincluding replacing of bearing and reassembling complete motor. complete all as directed for following capacity.

S & F in replacement of 3 pole power contractor 1.5 ML AC 3, 415 Volt, 15HP Auxiliary contact (No-1 + NC-1). Make : SIEMENS or equivalent.

S & F in replacement of 3 pole power contractor 2.5 ML AC 3, 415 Volt, 15HP Auxiliary contact (No-1 + NC-1). Make : SIEMENS or equivalent.

S & F in replacement of thermal over load relay 12.5 to 2.0 Amp, 415 Volt. Make : SIEMENS or equivalent.

S & F in replacement of electronic timmer for star delta starter 415 volt timing range 3 sec to 60 sec. Make : SIEMENS or equivalent.

Repair/Rewinding of Electric mono -block motor 15 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to repair workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater. Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve, retopening of coil, supply and replacement of bearing - 02 Nos and welding granting and polishing of shaft as per bearing size. Re-assembling the motor and shift to site and fixing and testing on load.

Repair to water circulation pump 02 to 05 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotter carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of 02 Nos ball bearing. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load.

Repair to water circulation pump 01 to 02 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotter carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of 02 Nos ball bearing. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load.

Supply only EM 1 Solution (Effective Micro Organisms) which should include:-

(a)culture of (i) Latic acid bacteria- Lactobacillus planturum, L. casei,Streptoccus lactis. (ii) Photosynthetic bacteria- Rhodopseudomonas palustrus, Rhodobacter spaeroides (iii)Yeasts-Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis.Actinomycetes- Streptomyces albus, S. griseus (iv) Fermenting fungi - Aspergillus oryzae, Mucor hiemalis

(b) The solution should be concentrated enough to be diluted to 1:20 for activation with mollasses and further activated solution should be concentrated enough to be diluted to 1:20 for use in STP (Total dilution will become 1;400)

(c) The contractor will also provide equal quantity of sugarcane mollasses as EM1 solution.Cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Testing of treated water of STP from recognised lab of PPCB checking the level of BOD TSS, PH & O&G, NO2, HCL, CO and other parameters all as specified and directed.

Repair to Air compressor of 40 HP deffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning/repair/replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size. Replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on load.

Repair to Air compressor of 20 HPdeffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning/repair/replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size. Repair/Rewinding of Electric induction motor 20 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater. Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve and reassembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS Pipe double flanged type not less than 4 mm thick heavy grade with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS Pipe double flanged type heavy grade not less than 4 mm thick with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI butterfly valve heavy grade size 150 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI butterfly valve heavy grade size 80 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI sluice valve heavy grade size 200 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible flat 16 Sqmm, 3 core copper cable, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible flat 10 Sqmm, 3 core copper cable, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990

Supply and fix in replacement of XLPE Insulated, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specifiedand directed.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage collection sump / Treated water tank/ Tube settler tank described below of capacities :- (i) Dewatering with submercible / sludge pump which empty the sump/tank upto base level.(ii) Removing sludge from sump from wall and buttom the sump have to be removed with the help of special sludge pump and remaining dirt which may have hidden in rough slots of the bottom mannualy with brush.(iii) After cleaning the sump apply bleaching powder for disinsfection of sump of Capacity 25000 Gallons (Sewage collection sump)

Starting up of aerobic process from airation tank, running of blowers 24 hrs a day basis add free cow dung water. DAP powder, urea poweder and aerote the contents of the aerotion tank for 2 checking of MLSS level maintaining up to prescribed level of PPCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of sewage pipe line at STP 1.1 MLD, STP 2.5 MLD & STP 0.87 MLD complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of DI pipe spigot socketed 200 MM of size length not less than 3.00 mtr including all fittings accessaries.

Material & labour in replacement of DI pipe double flanged type 100 MM of size length not less than 3.00 mtr including all fittings accessaries.

Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth for and getting out in any of soil.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc.. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of size50 mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia.

S&F in replacement CI Non return valve 150 mm bore heavy grade PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement CI Non return valve 100 mm bore heavy grade PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply fixing in replacement of water meter cast iron body 150mm dia for measuring treated water flow

Material and labour for plastic media MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of busbar chamber 250 Amp 4way factory made complete with locking arrangement including necessary brick work and plaster to match with the existing surface complete all as specified. Cat No ISBB025004 of Standard or equivalent in Havells, C&S, Hensal

Manning & Operation of sewage treatment plant of 2500 Cum/day including the operation of 62.5 KVA DG Set, Panel Board, Sewage pumps and other Equipment, 16 Hours in two shifts ( Time of Shift From 05.00 AM to 01.00 PM & 01.00 PM to 09.00 PM ) , one operator and one helper in each shift, all days (including Sunday and holiday) as directed by Engr-in-charge. Helper to assist the operator for two shifts/day (one in each shift 8 hours)

Contractor is responsibile for cleaning of internal and surrounding area of all pump houses.All pump houses will be maintained foilage free at all time within the boundry (up to fence /boundry wall.In case of absence of fence/boundry wall then area up to 5 Mtr from pump house building to be cleaned) otherwise penalty of Rs 3000/- per sewage pump house/ STP will be recovered from contractor.

Before quoting the tender the contractor is advised to verify minimum wages of operator as fixed by the Govt.

All laws pertaining to labour shall be applicable under this contract.

Contractor will not pay wages to each operator/helper less than minimum wages fixed by the Punjab Govt and Central Govt which is more.

Contractor will produce all the muster rolls, attendance register,duty roster, log sheet and other documents as required by Engr-in-charge.

Installation will be handed over to contractor in fully serviceable condition. In case, some of the components are defective during initial handing/taking over these will be handed over subsquently, duly repaired by dept. Proper handing/taking over of installation should be carried out between contractor and de

Contractor will provide proper uniform with name plate to all his workmen.

Minimum qualification for the operator employed by the contractor should be Ex Service man EME/ ENGR/ SIGNAL or ITI passed or as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Contractor will produce certificate to autheticate their qualification. Any person declared un-desirable by the Garrison Engineer will be removed by the contractor and contractor will have no claim what-so-ever on this account.

Contractor will give account payee cheque to operator and helper and photo state copy produce to department before forwarding the RAR.

Contractor will provide plastic bucket, mug, tourch and orthotolodine solution & chlorine test kit, tool kit and testing lamp at each installation.

Rs. 500/- penalty per operator/helper shall be imposed to contractor if trademan will not present on duty

The contractor shall be privoded weekly off as per labour rule to operator/helper and no extra charge shall be paid for this.
