Surface dressing n.exc. 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, in all kinds of soils as directed by Engineer- in- charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position including removal of demolished materials n.exc 50 Mtr. etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulders masonary built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concerte 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks class 10, straight or curved on plan exc. 6.0 m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work, cement concrete surface in CM 1:4, surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of monsoon drains by desilting, desludging and removing grass, foreign and any type of deposited materials from bottom surface and sides of top portion of drain wall and removing rubbish from site to a distance exc. 100 m and n.exc. 200 m, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Plaster work in patch work where damaged by grass/ vegetation required shall be measured saperately under respective item.

Hiring of 01 No. of JCB (Hydraulic excavator cum front end loader) including POL and 01 No. driver for excavating (inside MOD Land), loading, spreading of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Hiring tractor with trolly including POL and 01 No. driver for transporing & unloading of earth material, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces by power mechanical roller exc. 8 tonne & n.exc. 12 tonn in cutting/filling include for watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc. 15 cm thickness above ground level and removing demolished material to a distance not exc. 100 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, surfaces finished even & smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 as in flooring, hard standing, path etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, hardstanding by brooming, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade B, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 100 mm thick concrete slab, complete all as specified and directed.
