Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including thatching any type, demolition of mud phuska up to 450mm thick etc including cleaning the surface by water/air pressure and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 storey).

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 storey).

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I 20mm graded in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, plinth courses, coping, kneelers, apex stone, kerb water tough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed) complete including necessary form work all as specified and directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 storey).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm of approved make black finish & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 150 gm/sqm laid over a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/sqm over prepared roof surfaces/sunken area, forcing overlap with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 100mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make/manufacturer. ( Note: height of building upto 04 story).

S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting groove in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horiaontal face of groove with cement Mortar 1:3 for fixing of APP membrane and filling the groove with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stoen aggregate after inserting membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down old steel tube complete all as spd and directed.

All as per item no 8 above but 20 mm bore tubing.

S & F in repair Stack clamp made of 50 mm X 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stay including nut bolts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof suitable for 110 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes, cleaning with water, allowed to dry and applying a layer of antirust and then Zinc rich epoxy primer all as specified followed by a layer of bonding coat & then guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm total thickness of guniting not exc 40mm thick (average thickness) with cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 43 grade cement and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of required thickness to give even, uniform, and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc. slabs, Chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, beams and columns etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brickwork or RCC members at any height up to 4 storey building complete all as directed. Note: Steel Welded mesh is to be welded with existing reinforcement. The Cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and the work to be carried out up to 4 storey bldgs/in floor roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar ) :-(i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note: Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use.(iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rendering 5mm thick in ready mix on ceiling to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) as in patch works or whole work including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for brick work with sub class ' B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including all arrangement including demolition brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in ready mix on brick work or concrete surfaces Internal/External to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) as in patch works or whole work including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FRP chajjas of 450mm wide suitable for various openings including fittings and fixtures upto 4 storey bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note :- Height of building upto 04 storey)

M&L for preparation of old/ New surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint using spray gun/roller brushes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note :- Height of building upto 04 storey)

M&L for preparing of old treated surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thck wall care putty to entire surface to bring uniform surafce on wall surface, by Complete removal of existing treatment any layer by scraping by mechanical or manual means, wasing down, cleaning and making good including necessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed. Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)
