SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ACC SHEET, FALSE CEILING AND MISC ITEMS OF BLDG NO. T-30, T-34 AND 35 (OR LINE) AND SPL REPAIR OF OR TOILET AND BATHROOMS AT BLDG NO. T-69, T77 AND T-78 UNDER AGE B/R-II AT GE BABINA CANTT.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site Cutting holes exc 150 Sq.cm but n.exc 400 Sq.cm in super facia area into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each , removing from the site Cutting holes exc 150 Sq.cm but n.exc 400 Sq.cm in super facia area into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator (adequate track)/Shutter without sash, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware ie. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 125 X 60 mm with rebate on both side including necessary fixing lugs hinges, locks strike plate etc (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) and making good the plaster of wall in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm grade stone aggregate) as in filling of Chowkhats or pressed steel door frame, in bed block and like, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick Flush shutters ,soild core construction ,with paticle board core and plywood face panels , commercial type both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping /frame to match and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters of 2nd class Hard Wood, open rebated and prepare to reveive glass, guage etc (without sash bars ) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with moulded beads both sides for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified complete all as specified and directed.
