Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by cutting V groove all along the crack and separation gap, removing all loose materials, washing down by water, filling the cracks with polymer modified cement mortar ( 1 Kg cement : 1.5 Kg sand : 2 ltrs acrylic polymer ) and allow the to air dry for 24 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika/Fosroc/Bostik as approved by GE.

M&L for drilling holes 12 mm dia and depth up to 100 mm fixing 12 mm PVC nipple with ready to use mortar for plugging water leakage instantly and applying cement grouting (50 Kg cement mixed with 1 Kg water resistant bonding agent and 200 grams expanding grout admixture) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Accounting unit has been decided as KG, as the each holes requires indefinite quantity of cement. Make : Sika/Fosroc/Bostik as approved by GE.

M&L for cleaning surfaces throughly to remove all loose particles dust, dirt oil grease etc which may effect bonding of water proofing treatment. Filling all opening of slab with polymer modified cement sand mortar admixture with sika raintite ( 1 Kg cement : 1.5 Kg sand : 2 ltr acrylic polymer and allow the same to air dry for 24 hrs. Moist the surfaces with water and try to keep the same in surfaces saturated dry condition. Apply one coat of elastic liquid applied crack bridging, 2 pack acrylic cementious water proofing coating with glass fibre fabric for coating. Reinforcement @ 1 Kg per sqm and applying elastic liquid applied crack bridging, 2 pack acrylic cementious water proofing coating @ 1 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika/Fosroc/Bostik as approved by GE.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding / levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in FLOOR / DADO etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in light shade including 20 mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and filling the joints of tiles with epoxy mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as DADO etc, size 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and filling the joints of tiles with epoxy mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick PCC designer pre-polished tiles (factory made) as in FLOOR etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement with pigments over and including 20 mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work / concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering (15+5) mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth including mixing integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying putty, two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistent paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old ceiling surfaces and applying putty, two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistent paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Demolition to roof slab should be done carefully. (ii) Any damages occurred in the roof surface during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (iii) Debries / Retrieved materials shall be disposed off out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for providing, cement concrete in roof padding over RCC slab, laid to slope as per requirement, mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after)

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment: (a) Apply bitumenus primer @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (b) Apply 3mm thick APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (4kg/sqm) with 10 cm over laps at joints and laid with LPG torch over lap sealed and finished neat including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. (c) The Finished surface be given bituminous based aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n. exc. 1.5 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium anodised frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality fixed to aluminium section in square n.exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm stainless steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete incl battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable,1100 volts grade as per IS-694 drawn through and including PVC casing and capping (not less than 20 mm wide) complete with all acessories including PVC board/ box of suitable size for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators etc including 1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed as erathing continuity conductor for One light Point controlled by one way switch complete by maintaining the colour code all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two runs of single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 vots grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 4 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Three runs of cable 4 Sqmm shall be measured as one RM of sub main wiring.

-Ditto- all as per Ser Item No- 37 here-in-before but two runs of single core 2.5 Sqmm for phase & neutral and 01 run of single core 2.5 Sqmm for earth wire complete all as specified and directed. (i) Three runs of cable 2.5 Sqmm shall be measured as one RM of sub main wiring.

S&F in repairs MCB protected POWER UNIT with one 20 amps socket, (incl 3 Pin Plug Top) including MCB SP 20 Amps suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting for protection of appliances like AC / Geyser with neutral links flush metal GI box and electrically connecting up fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand, Cat No- 5078 11 or its equivalent model in Havells/ L & T as approved by GE. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
