Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc 50m and n exc 100m incl roughimng of old concrete surfaces of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof pedding etc finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster with cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufactur's instruction on other than fair faces of brick work surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement over & incl cement slurry @ 3 kg per sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/concrete surfaces of roof applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment as given below :- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 ltr per sqm over concrete/plastered roof surfaces. (b) Laying of APP based polymeric water proof membrane sheet of 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints shall be finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flame incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bitumen primer. ( c ) Applying bituminius grade aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.11 ltr per sqm . Make of membrane sheet:- Make- Sika/poly plast superior felt/hyper olast/bengal bitumen/STP. Note :- (i) Membrane sheet also laid along the parapet upto 30cm height & inserted inside the groove & laid over a coat of bitumen as specified here-in- before. The groove shall be closed with CM (1:3) mortar nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per latest IS specification complete all as specified.

S&F Vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern ' size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rest 'P' or 'S' trap,front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe,anti syphonage pipe, etc. Complete making good to floor as existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash hand basin ,white flat back of size 550x400mm including bracket, cutting for pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stands also including brass chromium plated waste coupling 32mm dia, PVC waste pipe of adequate length and dia and PVC connection 15mm size 450mm length with brass CP nuts on both sides, PVC washers, fixed in repairs all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm bore pillar taps cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated screwed down high pressure with long screws shanks and fly nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white, including plastic WC seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover mild steel CP hinging device and incl CP jet nozzle hand shower type for EWC and Chromium plated toilet paper holder fixed to wall with CP brass screws, including connection to GI pipe line complete all as directed.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity white with inlet, ball valve, float valve and handle incl brackets, PVC flush pipe ,PVC connection, all as specified .(Make:Parryware/Slimline/Hindware).

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15 mm dia 600mmm long with 2 Nos PVC check nuts with washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15 mm dia 450mmm long with 2 Nos PVC check nuts with washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stop valves,cast copper alloy 15 mm dia fancy type,chromium plated screwed down,high pressure,with capstan handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured designer joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured designer joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match, over a backing coat 10mm thick in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs,pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15mm thick cement plaster (1:4) complete all as specified .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as specified and as directed.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in path/Hard standing as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC Type C-1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection & footpath complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layers 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes all as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment 20cmx20cmx22 to 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors above 15mm thick screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate,as in plinth protection ,finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

Taking out cement plaster , any description , from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC, surface, finished fair and even without using extra cement on faces of brick or concrete surfaces .(Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood in scantlings timber unframed and fixed clean sawn as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description,fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm of 2nd class hard wood planed both sides with butt joint fixed with nails to timber frame/roof member complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for preparng surfaces of wood and wood based materials of new or old of any description and girth , not otherwise described and treated with creosote complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder, masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but exceeding ashlar facing and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre means radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Taking down 110/75mm bore AC/PVC rain water,soil & waste pipe etc from trench/wall/ceiling including fittings & fixture complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) dia pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC(SWR) dia pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specifiec and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ,(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality Fe-500 conforming to IS -1786-1985 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab and drain cover and set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain faces including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass of size 12cm wide with CP bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified and as directed
