CERTAIN MINOR AND LBW WORKS BOTH B/R AND E/M IN NATURE AT PHASE-I, II AND III UNDER GE TENGA

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Hard dense soil.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning/filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in hard/dense soil as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point as specified and directed

M&L for Laying and compacting 150mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as specified.

M & L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, including form work complete as as specified and directed.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone o gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand o crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid,spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017
