Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Providing,transporting, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to foor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (lcement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing & Fixing 75 mm dia PVC weep hole as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling of 225mm sonte boulder for filter media the back side of RCC R/wall complete.

Carriage of surplus earth / dismantal concrete by mechanical transport for an average lead of 5.00 Km i/c loading, unloading etc. complete direction by Egnineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting metal crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail above ground level fixing on vertical post of 150x75x75 mm channel of height of 1.50 mtr at an interval of 2.00 mtr centre to centre of size 30x350x900 for a length of 0.90 mtrbelow ground/road level including earthwork at steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process all fittings to confirm relevant specification metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel 150x75x5mm 350mm long complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
