Dismantling existing unserviceable insulators of any type and size 11 KV from pole including pins complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable steel tubular pole of any type complete all as specified and directed

Taking up / down old unserviceable LT underground cable 300 to 400 sqmm 3.5 core from the existing trench / duct / pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up / down old unserviceable LT underground cable 185 to 240 sqmm 3.5 core from the existing trench / duct / pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up / down old unserviceable LT underground cable 25 to 120 sqmm 3.5 core from the existing trench / duct / pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism and insulators for repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out component and insulators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/dismantling of old unserviceable earth wire complete all as specified and directed

Taking down/dismantling of old unserviceable cross arm of any size complete all as specified and directed

Taking down/dismantling of old unserviceable Stay assembly of any size complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable lightning arrester set of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable LT/HT over head ACSR conductor of any size / description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up / down defective / faulty HT underground cable 11000 volts grade 95 sqmm 3.00 core from the existing trench / duct / pole etc and re-laying the same in trenches, duct, along poles or passing through roads etc. after rectification of defects including meggering of cable, provn of cable lugs, glands, thimble, insulation tape and connecting up with existing control gears, panels etc. as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :a) Excavation, returning filling etc shall be measured and paid separately. b) Material such as HT jointing Kit and accessories (indoor/outdoor) shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide or n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, poles , pipes, foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide, or n exc 10 sq m on plan, depth exc 1.5 m but n exc 3.0 m for foundation, etc. or for laying of cables, poles , pipes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note for 13.00 and 14.00 :- Entire excavation shall be carried out manually only , not through JCB/excavator to avoid damage of existing electric supply / water supply / signal assets. This aspect shall be noted while quoting the Bid.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete including necessary steel form work and finishing the surface fair in forms for poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete including necessary steel form work and finishing the surface fair in forms for poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in benching, coping / plinth blocks for poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary Steel form work and finishing the surfaces fair in forms poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cables, with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable punned down upto 18cm and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast PCC cable Cover on the cable in the trench, ISI marked, class LV, type-1, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm (for 1100 volts LT cable) laid dry flat on sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast PCC cable Cover on the cable in the trench, ISI marked, class HV, type-1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (for 11KV HT cable) laid dry on sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and laying Reinforced precast PCC cable Cover, ISI marked, class EHV, type- 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm (for 33KV HT cable) laid dry on sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing of Steel tubular swaged pole type 410, SP-55, 11.00 metre long, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified including painting with two coats of aluminium paint heat resistant type over one coat of red oxide primer and making 06 Nos bands/ straps with yellow and black colour (15 cm wide each) synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer at a distance 15 cm from coping block and numbering of poles with black bitumenous synthetic enamel paint in 2.5 cm height including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under-coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer step down 11/0.433KV capacity 200 KVA, out door type copper wound 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having tapping in the step of 2.5% for correction of voltage at secondary side upto + 7.5% to be charged by means of hand operated, off load/tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil till the desired level of conservator of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with standard fittings such as two earting terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out inbushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, rating and terminal plate, plain breather device with silica gel to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain cum sampling valve 20mm bore steel with plug,dial type thermo meter, oil filling hole 32mm threaded with plug. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/dust and vermin proof. Note :- a) Transformer oil shall be conforming to requirements of IS-335-1993 rev -2005 ;specification for new insulating oil for transformers. b) The transformer shall be IS-1180 (Part-I) 2014 with maximum total losses as per energy efficiency level-2 of IS:1180 (Part-I) 2014.

Material and labour for construction of platform for single transformer of size 3.50m x 2.50 m x 1.20 m high from natural ground level with brick walling including steps, XPM fencing fixed with MS angle iron fencing posts upto 2.45 metre height above ground level with MS gate and locking arrangement incld necessary earthwork and excavation having following specifications:- (a) Foundation in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (b) Burnt brick work in CM 1:4 having wall thickness not less than 230mm (c) Filling under floors of approved rammed earth. (d) 100 mm thick PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (e) 50mm thick PCC flooring PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth with using extra cement. (f) 10 mm thick cement plasted in CM 1:6 finshing fair and even without using extra cement. (g) 2 coats of cement base paint on plastered surfaces. (h) 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces. (j) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil including removal of surplus soil to a distance not exe 50 mtr. (k) Any other item as directed by GE. (l) Height as shown on drawings Note:- All details shall be as shown in Drg No. CESZ/TD-1110/2011 sh 1/2 & 2/2 except size.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type cubical cable joint box board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 500mm x 500mm x300 mm MS sheet and MS angle section 25 x25 x5 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 70 cm above the ground level and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front open able double door system lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, factory fabricated (Factory approved from CPRI) having modern fabrication and followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof with IP 54 and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of PCC incld necessary earth work and excavation shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
