Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in soft loose , trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces to required level slopes gradients and getting out, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation for pumpsets, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to under ground cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the streching the cable intrenches, including hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified. Note : for payment purpose punned thinckness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B brick, old size, as cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel water tubing of nominal bore 80 mm, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.), complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel water tubing of nominal bore 100 mm, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.), complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80 mm bore cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.6 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints, complete, all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar/BIR/Zoloto as approved as per make list.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.6 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints, complete, all as specified and directed. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80 mm bore cast iron foot valve ISI marked flanzed / screwed, ball type, confirming to IS 4038 including necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc and fixing up, complete, all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar/BIR/Zoloto as approved as per make list.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm (internal size), depth 500 mm, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including priming/painting of MS members with best quality synthetic enamel paint and necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of centrifugalpump set multistage mounted on PCC platform with suitable size of steel frame including all acessories of pump and motor, 160m head , 400 LPM with suction and delivery size 80 (3") coupled with suitable caplicty of squirrel cage induction motor not less than 30 HP 2900 RPM, 3 Phase 440 Volt AC, including making proper alignment of pump set, making connection with existing pipe line with providing required flanges, reducers, gaskets and nuts bolts and making electric connections from LT panel to star delta starter and stater to motor with 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable not less than 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar model RKB 30 HP or equivalent in Crompton/Texmo or as per approved make list. Note:- (a) Contractor shall submit technical specifications of pumpset, performance curve chart, construction detail sheet, tentative general arrangement drawings of pump and motor from manufacturer to suit the requirement and will take prior approval of Engr-In-Charge before procurement of Pump. (b) Contractor has to get inspection of pumping installations by manufacturer rep before comissioning of pumpset.

S&F fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 30HP centrifugal pump motor,complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T or equivalent as approved as per make list.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bots, nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I connected to earthing test point with 40mm dia light grade protection pipe up to 7.5m long including earthwork and excavation , PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for earht chamber provn of RCC cover 40 mm thick in 1:2:4 mix type B1 funnel, complete all as specified and directed.
