M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F TMT steel bars 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slab, chajjas & cantilevers etc and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness all as specified and directed and Matrial & Labour for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces including application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc including necessary scafolding as required at site and where required complete all as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof/ chajja etc and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound on full thick layer of rendering by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick (Minimum) APP membrane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm on top of membrane surface and then finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

Taking up or down 20/25mm bore, Steel tubing and connections.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia brass ball/float valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut, 20 mm water tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, 20mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve with iron wheel head complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia CPVC pipes (ISI marked) SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.
