Taking down carefully aluminium / copper wiring / power point wiring (light, fan, call bell socket or power circuits) complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc incl painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with all accessories surface type wiring including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed / mounted on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

Concealed point wiring by using 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor multistrand cable drawn in suitable sunken box and frame cover plate for mounting of modular switches /sockets as required at site and provn of PVC rigid non metallic conduit medium density ISI marked fixed with all fittings and all accessories for mounting of switches and socket complete for one light/fan/socket point controlled by one switch including MS Sunken boxes, cover frame and provn of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

Removing of old existing and provision of new sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 sq.mm,1100 volts grade, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, along with 6 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit of suitable size medium grade complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Removing of old existing and provision of new sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 sq.mm,1100 volts grade, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, along with 4 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit of suitable size medium grade complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2010 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed.

30 Watt LED building security light fitting with pressure die cast housing, with secondary optics and IP 65 protection all as per Bajaj Cat No. BCLST 30W LED or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including taking out old fittings all as specified and directed.

Bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore , approx length 1.5 m long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing the bracket including removing the old existing GI bracket from building complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of RCBO double pole 30 MA, 240 Volts 32 Amps 10 KA breaking capacity all as specified and all as directed.

Replacement of Single pole and neutral enclosure 20 Amps, 240 Volts with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20Amps all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric supply from electric meters and dismantling MS electric meter box of any type / size including electric meters, switch gear, MCCB, MCBs etc., complete, supply, fabricate, testing and commissioning of MS electric meter box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, double door with locking arrangements of size /dimensions not less than 1200 x750x300 mm with suitable thickness of hylem sheet for fixing existing electric meter - 07 Nos, including provision of new MCCB 100 Amps -01 No., MCB SPN 32 Amps-07 Nos with suitable size of aluminium busbar for phase & neutral and see through glass- 07 Nos,connecting internally prewired copper conductor witth electric meter connections of required size , all the steel surfaces shall be applied with two coats powder coated synthetic enammel paint paint over a coat of primer and making good to the disturbed wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed .
