REPAIR MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS, PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHTS, GATE LIGHT, GARDEN LIGHT, OH CONDUCTOR AND CABLING FOR POCKET B AT JASAI MIL STN UNDER GE (A) BARMER

Dismantling of depriciated cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts )/ channels/ supports etc care fully from site and setting aside for reuse or for taking credit all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms, bracing supports ,clamps, back plates febricated from structrual steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any size and shape all as directed Including one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel steel paints incl preparation of surface all as directed.

Restringing/Tightening only of ACSR conductor of any type and size of street / security light feeder including straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc complete of any size all as directed. Note : - Single conductor shall be measured for length re-stringing.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any type and size from existing PCC/Steel poles at various locations all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site.

Material and labour in replacement of ACSR conductor straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc complete all as directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Supply and fix pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle with two GI washer and one GI Nuts 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade incl taking down old unsv insulator from PCC/Steel pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Supply and fix shackle type porcelain vitreous Brown insulator 1100 volt grade 75 mm in height and 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel strap of size 31mm x 3mm , 12 mm dia insulators bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for taking out, laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil incl connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m and n.exc 3m in depth for taking out, laying of cables etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil incl connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in depth (soil) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
