M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws all as specifed type 410 SP -31 (9 mtr long LT poles) and incl painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint (inside and outside) and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation including drilling of holes for fixing 'D' iron clamps & hooks for contineous GI earth wire, staying in a truly vertical position till the foundation is set to earthwire of any size complete all as specified and directed.. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separetaly. (ii) PCC coping shall be painted with two coat of cement based paint of white colour . (iii) Marking of pole No. shall be with black colour on yellow circled surface of minimum 150 mm dia.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 2 above but size 25 sqmm 4 core.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in to the ground ( earthpit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galnanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No -3 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth test point all as specifed or indicated including testing on completion and including necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate incl necessary form work, pit, funnel, 20 mm diia meduim grade GI watering pipe, 15 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover , wire copper lugs etc, mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) LT panel design to be approved by Engineer - in - Charge before fabrication. (ii) PCC foundation in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork of suitable size shall be provided by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this provision.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot Water System' (Flat Plate Collector type ) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 1000 LPD including 3.15 mm thick stainless steel hot water tank of capacity 1000 ltrs duly insultated including mounting stand of suitable size and suitable size mounting structures for flat plate collectors with necessary PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, incl necessary form work duly interconnected with each other with and including 9 KW (3 x 3KW) electric backup complete all as specified in section 26 of SSR Part - I 2009 and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel water Tubes 15 mm bore dia, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of mild steel frame/ staging for cold water inlet tank for solar water heater made out of mild steel angle iron, MS flat, plates etc. includind nut, bolts & washers etc. including welding, bending cold , or hot inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Hot water pipe 15 mm bore dia, GI, medium grade duly insulated with glass wool or nitrile rubber insulation alongwith aluminium cladding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire in and including PVC conduit, medium grade with 2x6.0 sq. mm + 1x4.0 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure Triple pole and neutral for DBs 4 way, double door, 415 Volt, with aluminium bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TPN 16 Amps, 415V with current carrying capacity 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) fixed in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bib taps 15mm bore dia, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning the UG cable screened, unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Old size Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75, as in cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Tubes, 'light grade' 50 mm dia, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
