Periodical maint of SH-50 to Kadamdiha for the year 2025-26 (SDBC)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.

Conveying from stacks and spreading moorum on road surface to proper thickness and camber for topping including cost and carriage of materials etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Scaryfying the existing bituminious road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposed of scarified materials with in all lifts lead upto 1000 meters etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works. (4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft btrushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion ( MS ) with all cost conveyance, labour T&P 4.0kg of bitumen per 10sqm etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & applying Tack coat using Emulsion including cost of Emulsion Labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 .
