All as per above item No. 1.00 here-in-before but Dismantling of old broken / unserviceable long rail from charpoys GI Pipe and S & F 32 mm nominal dia galvanised mild steel tube, medium grade, ISI marked as per IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 as new long rail for GI charpoy as per (Drg No :- FD-220/FD-220(R)) including threading at both ends complete all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Each long rail shall be measured separately.

All as per above item No. 1.00 here-in-before but Taking out old unserviceable GI elbow from Charpoys GI pipe and S&F New GI elbow 32mm bore, 3 way ISI marked complete all as specified in drg & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above item No. 1.00 here-in-before but Taking out old broken / unserviceable GI check nut of 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new GI check nut of 32 mm dia ISI marked complete as specified in drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

All as per above item No. 1.00 here-in-before but Removing old broken / deterriorated nylon newar of charpoy GI pipe and reweaving of charpoy GI Pipe with new nylon newar 50/55 mm wide white colour (not made out of re-cycled nylon newar) woven closely, weight of nylon newar shall not be less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy, complete all as specified in drg and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

All as per above item No. 1.00 here-in-before but Removing of old unseviceable MDF board/ply top from charpoy GI pipe with MDF board/ply top and S & F new plywood 12 mm thick BWR grade after making 03 Nos holes of required size on both long rail and 02 Nos holes of required size on both short rail by drill machine and fixing of ply wood with nut / bolt with 2 Nos washer on the top of charpoy and S & F 25 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm mild steel tube ( as stifner 02 Nos with 2 Nos holes duly welded with electric drill machine of equal distance of both long rail and M & L for painting of stiffner with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- charge. Make Green Ply, Kit ply, Century.

For Bed Hard steel (Drg No :- FD-/E6/MAP/08 (R)) following item :-

All as per above item No. 2.00 here-in-before but Removing of old unserviceable/ broken plywood from Bed hard steel and S&F new plywood 12mm thick BWR grade of required size with nut bolt & washer after tightening/ welding of bed all as specified in drg and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Make:- Green ply, Century & Kit ply

All as per above item No. 2.00 here-in-before but Removing of old broken prelaminated MDF board 18mm thick from Head board elevation and S & F new prelaminated MDF board 18mm thick Exterior grade of reqd size including PVC edging alround and screwed to ms strip, all as specified in drg as directed by Engr-in-charge.

The seat size 510x470x60 with foam shall be extra comfort with PVC lippin all around all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per above item No. 17.00 here-in-before but Removing of unserviceable/ broken back from Chair computer, supply and fixing new back of 12mm thick hot pressured ply wood upholstered with fabric not less then 250 Rs per meter and moulded polyurethane foam of 40 density . The back with foam shall be extra comfort with PVC lippin all around . All as directed by Engineer- in- charge.
