Rewinding of ceiling fan motor including removal of burnt out complete existing winding of 1200/1400 mm sweep AC ceiling fan and rewinding the same with E class insulated, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge as per standard practice and testing. Removed winding wire shall be retained by the contractor and suitably credited its value and net value to be quoted. The rate includes cost of winding cost of labour & testing.

Rewinding of heavy duty exhaust fan motor i/c all necessary material. The motor is to be wound taking the No of coils and pitch and turns as it was originally wound with required size of super enamelled wire E Class insulation material and making connections etc as reqd.(Old material will be retained by contracor)

Replacement of ball bearing of ceiling fans & Exhaust fans including removing old bearing, fixing suitable size new bearing, greasing,assembling of fan and testing etc as required. (SKF / NBC / HMT / TATA / NATCHI Make) Bearing 6201 / 6202)

Providing and fixing of 2.5 mfd, 440V Capacitor suitable for ceiling fan ( Tibcon/Asian/Havells make ISI marked ) including testing and commissioning as required.

Providing and fixing of 3.15 mfd, 440V Capacitor suitable for exhaust fan ( Tibcon / Asian / Havells make ISI marked ) including testing and commissioning as required.

Providing and fixing of 10 mfd, 440V Capacitor suitable foe 1/1.5 HP Monoblock pump set ( Tibcon/Asian/Havells make ISI marked ) including testing and commissioning as required.

Repairing/rewinding of 1 Hp single phase mono block pump set by class B insulateds super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including all required material, insulation, varnishing, connection lead, oiling, greasing etc complete with testing and commissioning. The motor is to be wound taking the no of coil turns and pitch and pitch as it was originally wound. (Old material will be retained by contractor)

Repairing/rewinding of 1.5 Hp single phase mono block pump set by class B insulateds super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including all required material, insulation, varnishing, connection lead, oiling, greasing etc complete with testing and commissioning. The motor is to be wound taking the no of coil turns and pitch and pitch as it was originally wound. (Old material will be retained by contractor)

Replacement of ball bearing (SKF / NBC Make) Bearing 6203 / 6204) brass impeller and water seal suitable for 1 HP / 1.5 HP single phase monoblock pump set i/c removing and refixing with all necessary material, testing etc as required.
