Supply and installation of Acoustical False Ceiling of Higher absorption nubby finish tiles, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick T15 metal grid system. T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The Higher absorption Nubby finish tiles square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc. complying to standard specication.

Laying with new Polished shahabad stone slabs of 20 mm thick with machine cut edges of size 2' 0" x 2'0" and abovet in ement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand ) 20mm. Thick using river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation

VIBRATED CEMENT CONCRETE - M15 (1:2:4) (Using 20mm HBG) (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One Cement, Five Sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of 18W LED Round type Recessed fitting with LED (Lower end) on false Ceiling from ceiling with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18")
