Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for laying of cable,poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 flat , size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour dry sand filling under and around UG cable to provide cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, ducts or fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors etc and testing XLPE insulated , screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty LT cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in trenches, ducts or fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors etc and testing XLPE insulated , screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty HT power cables with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, 11 KV earthed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing HT heat shrinkable type joint for outdoor end termination cable jointing kit with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11000 volt (Earthed) grade XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing HT heat shrinkable type joint for indoor end termination cable jointing kit with jointing material and accessories sutable for 11000 volt (Earthed) grade XLPE armoured aluminium conductorcable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installing, commissioning and testing transformer step down, Copper wounded, Outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 200 KVA capacity, core type double copper wound, oil immersed. natural cooled,. Oil natural air neutral (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYn-11 with natural brought out on secondry side (LV side) and having tapping at +- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celcius The Transformer shall be IS- 1180 level II marked to be mounted on PCC Platform of suitable size and shall comprises of the following :-

(a) Three Nos porceian bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De- hydrating breather with first type fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel) (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover .Oil level gauge , Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap , plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 Degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 25x4 mm GI iron earth strip for earthing of body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, out side the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new transformer oil, IS- 335, level III marked filtered and tested.

NOTE: (i) Transformer shall be painted two coats of epoxy paint. (ii) Transformer shall be 5 star rating & energyconvervant (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessary test certificate to be produced by Contractor form OEM of the transformer. (iii) Pre dispatch inspection of transformer shall be carried out be rep of Accepting Officer at manufacturer premises with overall cost quoted by Contractor. Nothing extra shal be payable on this account. (iv) After installation of the transforme, the same shall be tested and commissioned by SEI and equipment/instruments required for testing shall be arranged by Contractor. Cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the Contractor.

Material & labour cross arms,supports, clamps etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts , washers, welding, bending ( cold or hot ) drilling holes for bolts bent to any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chromate one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour single disc porcelain, vitreous white/brown insulator 255 mm dia and 145 mm height assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown including one galvanised MS spindle nut and two GI washers of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT,25x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing jumpers in red/yellow/blue colour for HT lines/connections made from aluminium conductor single core PVC insulated cable of suitable size complete including winding wires, aluminium tapes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, outdoor type double door , suitable for floor mounting of size not less than 600 x 900 x 450 mm with locking arrangement , fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated , dust/water & vermin proof , suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 50 Hz having ISMC 75 for base frame, 750 mm long legs of 50mm x6 mm angle iron (04 Nos) grouted in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed, with and including the following accessories :- (a) Four pole MCCB 320 amps capacity 35/36 KA 415 volts with adjustable thermal & magnetic release and Ics = 100 % of Icu - 01 No (b) LED type indicators RYB - 01 set. (c) Earthing terminals - 02 Nos. (d) Danger notice plate dully rivetted/fixed on front door - 01 No

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board double door, outdoor type suitable for floor mounting, size not less than 1200 x 1200 x 450 mm , with locking arrangement , fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and ISMC 75 for base frame, powder coated , dust/water and vermin proof , suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 50 Hz , complete with and including the following accessories :- (a) Four pole MCCB 320 amps capacity 36 KA 415 volts with adjustable thermal & magnetic release and lcs = 100 % of Icu - 01 No {Incoming) (b) Aluminium strip bus bars sleeve insulated and mounted on epoxy insulators, 315 amps capacity, TPN - 01 set · (c) Three pole MCCB 100 amps 25 KA 415 Volts with adjustable thermal and magnetic release and lcs = 100 % of Icu -05 Nos (including 01 No. spare) (d) LED type indicators RYB - 01 set. (e) LT CTs 315/5 amps - 03 Nos (f) Multifunctional meter 96 mm x 96 mm, flush mounting, digital type - 01 No (g) Earthing terminals - 02 Nos. (h) Danger notice plate dully rivetted/fixed on front door - 01 No (j) Internal wiring of the panel board circuits with copper conductor PVC insulated single core cable of suitable dia including control MCB SP in each circuit

Material & labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1 : 3 : 6) type C1, CI pit cover and frame , charcol, salt including earth lead protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete. Note :- Earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm and GI 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate.

Supply & fixing gang operated air break switches with vertical isolation complete with drop out fuse unit triple pole, 12 insulator type, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for rating 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty grade of suitable length complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cutting of road / PCC hardstanding for passing cables in pipes and making the surface good by doing necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour GI tubes 100 mm bore of any description light grade with all fittings for cable protection on poles/walls/under road/culvert horizontally bore hole etc complete all as specified and directed.
