Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/ struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unusable material/soil separately and after laying and joining and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layer including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying jointing testing & commissioning at site in trenches galvanized API pipe pipes beveled ended IS/ISO:3183-2007 pipe confirming to IS/ISO :3183-2007 with latest with up to date ammendments having wall thickness as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescibed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe ends shall be beveled sutiable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable and with welding upto date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of Advani/oerliken make /ISI marked ( welding rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site including special short pieces, reducers, tail pieces tees, bends, & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specification as per site conditions. And cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charges. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing and fixing of MS flanges fabrication of bends, tee, valves, etc including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS 4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammedments & shall be engraved with API L- 210 A & API L-245 B . The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer in Charge (Earth work & cost of MS flanges after 100 meter length shall be measured and paid for separately) inlcuding all leads lifts and carriage of materials at site and as per the direction of the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge complete in all respects.

Providing MS .sheet,16 SWG steel fabricated floor mounted closed(Almirah type) switch board including angle iron post of suitable height and size ISA 40x40x6mm,duly painted, comprising and capable of mounting the following accessories with all internal connections: The drawing of panel board shall be subject to approval of Engineer-in-charge.

However, if the seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in BIS: 780 then the sluice valves shall be of Cast steel conforming to class 150 ASA (Seat pressure 21 kg/cm^2 ) or Class 300- ASA )Seat pressure 52 kg/cm^2) as per BS: 1414(API -600).

Supply of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader/Bir/Kartar/ Pelicon make of Cast Iron double flanged sluice valve ( in case suction is +tive) for suction pipe having size one or two size larger than suction size of pump such that velocity of flow in suction pipe is not more than 2.50 mtrs/ sec. with stainer het area of its opening equal to three to four timjes of X-sectional area of flow in suction pipe and conforming to BIS/API standards with upto date ammendments i/c all leads and lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. laying jointing and testing at site suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power three and half core cable conforming to BIS 1554 (Part.I) 1988 or latest upto date ammendments or siemens/Gloster/ ICC/ EICO/National/IEC make from meter of HPSEB to circuit breaker and from circuit breaker to bus bar switch and starter (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment/accessories, such as thimbles, flexble pipe, solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type, size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

The type, size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. Providing and laying double loop earthing with copper plate 600mmx600mmx3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal and common salt G.I.Pipes thimbles nuts and bolts,digging of pits, G.I.Wiring and 25x5mm copper strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with upto date ammendments suitable for above motors and other electrical equipments i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and errection of floor/wall mounted power factor shunt capacitor conforming to BIS:2834-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments of BHEL/GEC/Machneil/Mager/Bajaj/L&T make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of required KVAR according to HP of motor offered including cable Siemens/Gloster/ICC make from busbar chamber to capacitor & also including L&T/Kilburn/Standard/Siemens/Havells make ICTP switches conforming to BIS:4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses (Range to be specified by the tenderer) i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of 100mm circular dia pressure gauge of suitable range & standard make such as Fiebig/Bourden/ Precision/PREGA with all accessories such as stop cock, copper tubing etc.conformfing to BIS: 3624-1987 or latest with upto date ammendments.
Prov. and fixing double flanged suction, delivery pipe and common header considering site requirement, NPSH required and available & common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mm thick as per BIS:2712-1978 nuts and bolts as per 1264-1983 & special upto 5mtrs. away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by Engneer-in-charge. The pipes shall be capable of with standing minimum 1.5 times the total pressure as indicated in item No.1(a) or total dynamic pressure+ surge pressure whichever is more. The size of suction pipe shall be one or two sizes larger than the suction size of pump such that velocity of flow in suction pipe is not more than 2.50 mtrs./sec. & delivery pipe shall be of size one size larger than nominal delivery size of pump i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
NOTE:- Actual laying to be done as per final drawings to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of antivibration pads conforming to BIS 6337-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments of suitable size for above machinery.
Errection of all equipments from Sr.No.8 to 23 including cost of tees, bends, tapers and any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The type, size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and errection of floor/wall mounted power factor shunt capacitor conforming to BIS:2834-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments of BHEL/GEC/Machneil/Mager/Bajaj/L&T make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of required KVAR according to HP of motor offered including cable Siemens/Gloster/ICC make from busbar chamber to capacitor & also including L&T/Kilburn/Standard/Siemens/Havells make ICTP switches conforming to BIS:4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses (Range to be specified by the tenderer) i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of 100mm circular dia pressure gauge of suitable range & standard make such as Fiebig/Bourden/ Precision/PREGA with all accessories such as stop cock, copper tubing etc.conformfing to BIS: 3624-1987 or latest with upto date ammendments.
Prov. and fixing double flanged suction, delivery pipe and common header considering site requirement, NPSH required and available & common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mm thick as per BIS:2712-1978 nuts and bolts as per 1264-1983 & special upto 5mtrs. away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by Engneer-in-charge. The pipes shall be capable of with standing minimum 1.5 times the total pressure as indicated in item No.1(a) or total dynamic pressure+ surge pressure whichever is more. The size of suction pipe shall be one or two sizes larger than the suction size of pump such that velocity of flow in suction pipe is not more than 2.50 mtrs./sec. & delivery pipe shall be of size one size larger than nominal delivery size of pump i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
NOTE:- Actual laying to be done as per final drawings to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of antivibration pads conforming to BIS 6337-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments of suitable size for above machinery.
Errection of all equipments from Sr.No. 40 to 54 including cost of tees, bends, tapers and any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
