Tenderers must have printed-and supplied books involving section stitching and perfect or case binding for at least 10 titles assigned by the government or government-affiliated organizations over the past three years (excluding school/college textbooks, calendars, and diaries) among these at least two titles must have been case-bound. A Work Done Certificate issued by the concerned organization, confirming the successful completion and supply of the printing work, must be submitted

One sample copy each of a Kannada book of(1/4 or 1/8 Demy size section-stitched case binding and 1/8 demi size perfect binding to be submitted. (submit in person)

Attested official copy of the registration certificate obtained from the Department of Labour or Department of Industries and Commerce or Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)

Documents (Turnover Certificate) regarding the execution of printing business worth Rs. 50.00 lakh annually during the years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

A certificate certified by an auditor regarding the payment of income tax for the years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 must be submitted.

Document and confirmation letter regarding possession of GST number
