M&L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick of any coloure (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade & all open edges to be half rounded over & including 15mm thick backing coat/redering in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing including dismantling of old stone slab etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Grinding with machine grinder of granite stone /terrazzo topping with marble aggregate /marble Stone slab / kota slab etc. as in old floor, wall, cooking platform, shelf etc & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick (not less than size 550mmx550mm)over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete over screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for work in Patches area not exceeding 05 sqm each & matching with existing work/surface for any size & thickness of joint free Non -skid Ceramic coloured tiles, Vitified Ceramic tiles light/dark shade, Glazed ceramic coloured tiles ,Chequered cement concrete tiles, Cement concrete tiles,Non abrasive paving (rectified endura) cement concrete tiles in path,floors ,horizontal/vertical surface, stair, shelf, platform, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms etc location set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with existing laid work/surface over & including 15mm thick screed bed/rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling old tiling with cement mortar bedding by mechanical cutter only without damaged others surface complete all as specified and directed.Note:-The bidder quoted rate included for all straight, Raking or circular cutting, wastage on tiles & texture, colour, size, Shade, laying tiles pattern, design, coloure shall be approved by GE.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 41,839.48 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
