This is a PAC item of M/s. FAIVELEY TRANSPORT RAIL TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED-HOSUR. Hence, OEM or their authorized dealer having tender specific authorization, may participate in this tender. Tender specific authorization will be uploaded with offer, otherwise offer will be summarily rejected. Clause 16.5 and 28 of General Tender Conditions will be applicable.

If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise in percent of order value with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. Information will be provided in percent terms with 6 fileds Micro owned by SC, Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by Others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST, Small industry owned by Others.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

P45021/2/2017 PP (BE II) dated 16.09.2020 which is circulated vide Rly Board letter no 2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt. 1 dated 25.09.2020 and keeping in view with the public procurement (Preference to Make in India) order 2017 as amended time to time, only class 1 and class 2 local suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender. All participated vendors must see the Eastern Railway's GENERAL TENDER CONDITION effective from 27.06.2025 and accordingly submission of EMD, SD and documents to be attached with e-bid to ensure.
