M&L for filling of sunken floors by cinder aggregate conform to IS 2686 : 1977 - Cinder aggregate shall be class A of well burnt furnace residue obtained from furnaces using only coal as fuel. It shall be clean and free from clay, dirt, wood, ash or other deleterious matter for filling in sunken floor of toilets.

Waterproof Sealing arround perimeters & wall to floor junction with Sika® Seal Tape-S special tape ,made of thermoplastic elastomer reinforced with polyester woven fabric for waterproof sealing around perimeters and joints in wet tiled areas specially designed for wet room.

M&L for sealing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete Product: Sikagard®-694 F (I), Yield: 0.6 ltr/kg. Product requirements: suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 (1 day) according to IS 9162-1979.

Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system.Prepration of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as Top coat: SikaTop® Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 over reinforcement: Sika® Fab-1 over base coat: SikaTop® Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 etc all as specified and directed. System should have compressive strength: 20 N/mm2; bond strength: 2.0 N/mm2.

On the horizontal surfae :Supply and apply a protection screed 1:2:4 in 50 mm thickness laid to be admixed with integral waterproofing compound Sika® Plastocrete Plus confirming to IS 2645 at the rate of 0.10 kg per bag of cement.

On vertical surface: Supply and apply a protection plaster (12 – 15 mm) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound Admixture: Sika® Plastocrete Plus @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. Product requirements admixture: conforms to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed

The electronic driver used shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD < 10% suitable for an operating voltage range of 150-270V AC current Ripple<5% internal surge protection should be minimum 2.5KV, electrical insulation class should be Class I & Driver should be of class B serviceablility. Luminaire should be at least IP20 & IK02 rated. the minium dimensions (+5mm) of the batten shall be 40mm(+5mm)x80mm(+5mm)x1100mm(+5mm). Taking down water heater storage type of any capacity carefully for safe custody for refixing and depositing the unsv Geysers to MES Stores for further disposal complete all as specified and directed

Refixing the water heater (Geysers) of any capacity retrieved from item No 20 of here-in-before and cleaning down carefully, replacement of old unserviceable nuts, bolts with new fastners, new power cord with plug top etc if required and fixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm bore 450 mm long flexi connection braided pipe of best quality ISI marked suitable heavy duty for cold and hot water and complete connection with geyser including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
