M&L for carefully Cleaning of RCC over head water reservoir of capacity 75000 gallons at above 18 metre height staging after draining out the water from the tank including cleaning the complete inner surface of the tank, removal of silt, sludge, dirt deposited by scrapping with nylon brush, removing vegetation if any, washing internal surfaces including ceiling with clean water mixed with bleaching powder twice, and applying two coats of cement base paint to internal surface, scrapping out the rusted surface of ladder and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint , writing cleaning date/due date for cleaning with white enamel paint on black colour surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as Sl item No 24.00 above, but 10,000 Gallons ( Height of reservoir more than 9.5 Mtr ) capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of RCC SWT'S reservoir 5000-10000 gallons of capacity after draining out the water from the tanks including removal of silt /sludge deposited in the tank with nylon brush and removing vegetation if any, washing the inner surface with bleaching powder including white washing the tank from inside and outer open surface above GL , including writing the cleaning date/due date for cleaning with white enamel paint on black colour surface complete all as directed.

M&L for carefully Cleaning of RCC / PVC overhead service tanks of bldgs. up to 500 to 1000 Ltr capacity, after draining out the water from the tank including removal of scale and dirt deposited in the tank with nylon brush and removing vegetation if any, washing the inner surfaces with bleaching powder, including writing date of cleaning and due date on the tanks with white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of black painted surface(Size 40 cm x50 cm) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A proper register for cleaning of tank with date shall be maintained and same shall be submitted while claiming RAR / FB duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.
