M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceilling and applying one coat of white washing on ceilling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint of any tint on walls inlcuding washing rubbing down and stopping of old painted surface complete all as specified and direced by Engineer in charge

M&L for complete preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper white/coloured or tinted on old decorated surfaces of walls including preparation of surface by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper white/coloured or tinted on old decorated surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing tretment and applying one coat cement based wall putty (white) for smooth surface of wall and applying two coat oil bound distemper prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. above but on steel surfaces.

M&L for preoparation of old surface and applying one coats of exterior emulsion Apex ultima of Asian Paint over primer as per manufacturers instruction over a coat of walll care putty after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc all as specified and directed . Including terrasso top/tile.wherever if required.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2 % by weight of cement on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces externaly including dubbing coat if required and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.all as specified (Note- a) No extra payment will be paid for dubbing coat ) WPC shall be measured and paid separately ).

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 mixed on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified .

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and direced by Engineer in charge.

M&L for three coat of white washing on newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, roman, italic or indian) with fluorecent paint not exc 30cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge .

M & L for Preparation of old surfaces of small items like electric box, meter boxes of size exc.1sqm and not exc. 0.5 sqm and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed.

M& L for Preparation of old surfaces of railings,GI tubings in toilets ,conduits etc not exc. 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 0.00
