Additional improvement works to the ICDS center at Radhakrishnan street in ward no.43 in West Zone.

Earthwork excavation in all types of soils including all initial lead and lift etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foure sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in postion MS or RTS Bar reinforcement to all RCC Works as per the design given including cost of steel and bending wire also all floors.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M Sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Filling with well gravel from approved quary including cost of conveyance and watering and consolidation etc complete.

Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make white water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position levelling complete with necesary connection as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of Cuddapah slab 50mm thick including all labours etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.
