Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing out of water etc. as required complete.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper leveland filling joints with localsand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per revevant IS codes.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Brick work with first class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) including racking out joints, scaffolding and others incidental works etc. complete.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary at ground floor.(Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface).

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm.thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15cm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.
