Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge.80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-40 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in handle railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 30mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90m C/C and Stainless Steel square bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification , Buffing, polishing etc with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charage.

Provision of Model Selfie Point .(Smart park.) etc with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charage.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint with cost of paint.

Brick work with Fly ash Bricks in Cement mortar(1:6) in Super structure.

12mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) for brickwork including curing etc. complete.

Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Land Scaping & Plantation including Transportation and Development of lawn

Supply of materials, labour and ladder/Scaffolding T & P for art painting / 3D Painting over walls/streets/(RCC or plastered or CC OR Bituminous base black top surface) as per direction of EIC including cost of paint admixtures such as fabiric stainer arcylic emulsion etc. with labour charges of artists and helpers etc. complete.

Supplying & Installation of Model Cast Iron Outdoor Garden Bench 3 seater Seating Bench OF 4ft Length all complete as directed by Engineer -in- charge.
