Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work.

Supply of M.S. Grill of a approved quality and drawing made of flat iron not bigger then 20x4 mm size including supply of materials, fabrication, labour, T&P and also one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site.

Painting or Vernishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (up to one Sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron for diogonal brace and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the juctions and comers. All necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. DSR No 10.5.1

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tublar sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixing with dash fasteners of ewquired dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at juctions i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium snap beadomg for glazong/panelling, C.p brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (Glazing paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) DSR NO 21.1.1.2

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window ventilators shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber neoprene gasket with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) DSR No 21.3.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Laying & consolidation of 22.4.53mm GSB with screening 13% 6.7mm grit and 6% 2.8mm stone Dust including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
