6M SPAN CANTILEVER STRUCTURE WITH ONE VERTICAL POST: Supply & Erection of One No builtup cantilever structure 7.22 mtr Hight and 6.00 mtr span comprising of one vertical post of 7.22 Mtr. High made up of 300mm pipe & horizantal structure post of 6 Mtr. High made up of 300mm pipe member welded with (600mm X600 mmX20 mm) MS round plate at top and MS plate (600 X 600 X 20mm) at bottom of vertical pipe . Both 300mm pipe Flanged joints with 300mm pipe 610 mm Albow Type height as per Approved Design, Drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Also vertical pole should have the strip of AFP (Alluminium Flexible Sheeting) 0.3x 0.9 M Pasted and 2 Nos. FMM (Flexible Median Marker) fixing with Epoxy to provide median safety during night time or severe weather at the top of foundation after complete construction of RCC fondation of size 0.600 x 0.600 and 1.80 Mtr. deep for built up structure including earthwork in excavation, 150mm thick lean concrete in 1:3:6 cement, coarse sand and 40mm guage stone ballast, RCC with 1:1.5.:3 cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone grit including supply & courting of 32 mm Dia foundation bolts (600mm long) as per provision of structure including coast of reinforcement and shuttering as per direction of Engineerin- Charge, signage facia for both side of structure must be considered which comprises of ACP sheeting pasted with TYPE XI retro reflective sheeting as per IRC 67 : 2022. The signage shall include lettering and signs/ legends as Applicable. Back support frame shall be of 35x35x5mm MS angle. Add 2 per cent of cost of angle iron towards cost of drilling holes, nuts, bolts etc.The contractor need to submit calcoast test report for specular gloss & fungus resistance test as per IRC 67:2022 for clearance of final bill.All boards must be printed via OEM approved Digital printer self owned bu converter with MTS warranty of OEM as per the IRC 67-2022.. The reflective sheeting signage facia shall be covered with ultra voilet overlaminate transparant film 10 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from government test lab report of 3 year outdoor weathering test conducted in India condition test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. All Boards must be manufactured via. digital Printing process as per IRC 67:2022, & bidder must submit outdoor weathring test report of digital printed board as per IRC along with bid.

12 TO 16.00 M SPAN OVER HEAD STRUCTURE WITH TWO VERTICAL POST: Supply and Erection of One No builtup overhead structure 12 to 16 m span comprising of two vertical post of 7.22 mtr. height made up of 350mm Vertical Pipe Post and horizontal Truss structure post of 250 mm N.B. medium class M.S. Pipe post as member. The post will be welded with (600x 600x10mm) M.S. round plate at top and (900x900x20mm) M.S. plate at bottom for of vertical pipe . Both 300 mm pipe are connected to truss by 610mm Albow Pipe as per approved Design. Drawing with one coat of steel primer and Two coats of synthetic enamel paint Also vertical pole should have the strip of AFP (Alluminium Flexible Sheeting) 0.3x 0.9 M Pasted and 2 Nos.
