PCC 1:3:6 mix using 40 mm HBS machine crushed metal for foundation including cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using II class chamber bricks of size 9"x 4 3/8"x 23/4" for basement and superstructure including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete. (As instructed by the Engineer at site)

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.(As instructed by the Engineer at site)

Colour washing two coats with Cement paint approved colour over Primary coats for out side wall including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labours, etc, complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 12 to 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal for slab, including cost of cement and all lead, lift, curing, etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement. (As instructed by the Engineer at site.)

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS / RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cost of binding wire, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with switch Box and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of for light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD 16)

Supplying and fixing of 9W LED light fitting including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc complete as per instruction of engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing (oriya pan type) Indian Water closet with white glazed pan of size with 'P' or strap with sand cushion and flooring around the water closet using 20mm broken brick jelly in line concrete of 10cm thick laying including cost of all material, labour ,lead, lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing White glazed wash basin of size (550x400mm) fixed on cast iron bracket including cost of all material, labour, lead,lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing 10Kg PVC pipe of approved quality size of 25mm dia including cost of specials, all other materials required, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete.

Supply and erection of 20 mm PVC Tap for earth pits.

Supplying and fixing in position of PVC door with PVC frame ,shutters frame, panel section with all necessary fixtures such as Hinges, tower bolt, handles etc complete including cost of all materials, fabrication charges with all lead,lift,etc complete

Providing toilet flooring with non slippery glazed tiles for toilet of size 30x30x6mm laid in CM 1:3 of 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg/Sqm including finishing the joint flush with tile surface labour lead,lift,etc,complete.
