NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Comprehensive maintenance of lift of capacity one Ton serving for Ground floor plus two floors by replacing the trailing cable, checking of all power wiring termination, upper and lower limit switches for proper connection, Checking / adjusting guide clamp, Check all the locks functioning properly mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, check all sets of screws and spring and replace where necessary so that the lever should lock the brake properly for smooth operation of lift , Repair/maintenance of all door shutters of lift serving for G+2 floors by repairing / replacing minor unserviceable parts, complete greasing and carrying out door adjustment, guide clamp adjustment, locking system etc. for smooth functioning of all door Shutters complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Testing of lift will be done by any approved Local agency and cost of testing will be paid by contractor.

Repair/ Overhauling the hydraulic thruster break of 2 to 5 tonne EOT crane with gear holding Hoist/Cross travel/long travel, rewinding the burn out winding of thruster coil with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge and varnishing, heating and testing etc complete repairing all as required including draining out used oil all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of long travel / Cross travell gear box of EOT crane capacity 2 to 10 tonne removing it from its position carefully and transporting to the work shop and refixing the same to its original positions after servicing and remetaling of worn out gears and followers and machining the gear shaft complete all as directed. Note : (i) Consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials , metal filling , machining , packing seals,gasket , nuts, bolts and washers and transportation from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted.(ii) bearing, gear oil to be measured and paid separately

M&L for spray painting to complete EOT Cranes of 2 to 20 ton capacity with a CT span up to maximum of 18 Mtrs and a hook height maximum up to of 10 mtrs with LT Span, complete including preparing the surfaces by all suitable means by removing the old paint with sand paper and spray painting the complete parts of crane with one coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of superior quality over one coat of red oxide , and writing machine No with synthetic enamel paint different from crane body colour on the crane complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of various components of EOT/HOT crane of capacity range from 2 Tonne to 5 Tonne of any span of cross / long travel and height of hoist for carrying out over hauling and repairing various items, refixing the components in its position after carrying out overhauling and repairing work including checking and re-wiring of crane control panel faulty electrical circuit using control copper conductor, making all electric connections functional , cleaning of tracks with approved cleaners, greasing for smooth running of wheels, pulleys, steel wire rope etc and load testing of crane after carrying out all repair works all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Loads as required for testing shall be arranged by the user. (ii) Transportation of loads for testing from the place of issue and return to the place of issue shall be responsibility of the contractor.

Servicing of various components of Electrically operated crane of capacity 10 to 20 Tonne of any span of cross / long travel and height of hoist for carrying out over hauling and repairing various items, refixing the components in its position after carrying out overhauling and repairing work including checking and re-wiring of crane control panel faulty electrical circuit using control copper conductor, making all electric connections functional , cleaning of tracks with approved cleaners, greasing for smooth running of wheels, pulleys, steel wire rope etc and load testing of crane after carrying out all repair works all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Loads as required for testing shall be arranged by the user. (ii) Transportation of loads for testing from the place of issue and return to the place of issue shall be responsibility of the contractor.

Dismantling and taking down of hoist/creap/ LT/CT unservicable electric motor of EOT Crane, 415 Volts 3 phase , 5 HP capacity, disconnection of incoming electric connection from panel, gear box and transported to workshop , stripping out burnt wiring, cleaning slots and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per existing size and gauge including insulating materials and varnishing, replacing worn out bearing as per existing size, reassembling the motor after rewinding and mounting on its original position including replacing the old unserviceable nuts, bolts and tested completed all as directed .

Dismantling and taking down the electric motor of fire pump set 100 HP capacity and transporting to work Shop and carrying out servicing/ maintenance of motor unit as per the following maintenance work:- (a) Opening of electric motor and cleaning/ removing dust from Armature and field coil (b) Cleaning of used/ old lubricated substance (c) Cleaning of starter and rotor unit (d) Checking and tightening of coupling, nuts, bolts and replacement of rubber insert. (e) Carrying out heat varnishing with varnish solution of best quality for field and armature coil. (f) Replacement of oil worn out bearings. (g) Reassembling the complete motor and carrying out testing at work Shop and transporting back to installation and coupling with pumping set including necessary alignment, cable connection all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down Pump of fire pumpset assembly and transporting to workshop and carrying out servicing / maintenance of Pump unit of capacity 3000 LPM,7.5 kg/sqcm and 75 m head as per the following scope of work, Opening of Pump assembly and cleaning & remvoing of dirt.Repair to pump by replacement of worn out gland cap, gland bush, coupling and bearing, repairing of worn out shaft, impeller by suitable re-metalling, finishing up to suitable size and doing necessary heat treatment, replacement of impeller key with new one including necessary heat treatment, reassembling the pump after repairs, including replacement of all nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing, greasing etc and fixing the pump in its original position / foundation and testing on load complete and all as directed and as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out the electric driven Jockey pump Motor of capacity 18.5 KW (Kirloskar make), by disconnecting the pump motor coupling, inlet and outlet pipe line for foundation. Repair to Motor by replacement of burn out windings of stator/rotor, coupling and bearing, repairing of worn out spare parts , reassembling the motor after repairs, including replacement of all nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing, greasing etc and fixing the motor in its original position / foundation and testing on load complete and all as directed and as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out the electric driven Jockey pump of discharge capacity 500 LPM at 7.5 kg/sqcm by disconnecting the pump motor coupling, inlet and outlet pipe line for foundation etc. Repair to pump by replacement of worn out gland cap, gland bush, coupling and bearing, repairing of worn out shaft, impeller by suitable re-metalling, finishing up to suitable size and doing necessary heat treatment, replacement of impeller key with new one including necessary heat treatment, reassembling the pump after repairs, including replacement of all nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing, greasing etc and fixing the pump in its original position / foundation and testing on load complete and all as directed and as specified.
