BUS BAR GANTRY &33 KV SECTTIONAL BUSBAR AND STRINGING

BUS BAR GANTRY- Erection, Plinthing & grouting of Bus bar gantry using 9/13 mtr long rail pole as per requirement and channel (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/ Schedule No 40.

33 KV SECTIONAL BUS BAR AND STRINGING Stringing of 33KV bus bar with ACSR Panther Conductor including fixing of Disc insulators, strings and tension fitting complete with sagging of bus bar etc. and making vertical/Horizontal jumper connections through PG Clamps and connecting all the equipments with each other through connecting clamps.Work includes all the jumpering from cable stand to bus bar and from bus bar to transformer (2no.T/f bay's) as per RESSPO (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 40.

FABRICATION ,ERECTION, GROUTING PLINTHING OF S/S STRUCTURE.

(A) ISOLATOR STRUCTURE :- Erection,Plinthing & grouting (1.9 Mtr Below & 2.6 mtr above ground level because of earth filling) of Isolator structure (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 41.

(B) LIGHTNING ARRESTOR ,C.T. & PT STRUCTURE:- Erection Plinthing & grouting (1.9 Mtr Below & 2.6 mtr above ground level because of earth filling)of L.A. & C.T. structure (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 42.

PLINTH FOR VCB :-Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12(cement, fine sand & brick ballast ),1st class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge )(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Fabrication, erection, plinthing & grouting of cable stand made of two nos MS channel 100x50x3.5 mtr(0.9 Mtr Below & 2.6 mtr above ground level because of earth filling) . Long jointed to each other by means of 05 nos MS strip 50x6 mm of size 150 mm Long each by welding at equal distance interval as per norms and completely providing two nos cable clamp also.(All materials will provide by contractor except MS channel) as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 49.

ERECTION & INSTALLATION OF 33/11KV,2x10 MVA TRANSFORMERS A)Erection and installation of 33/11kV,10 MVA transformer in a levelled position on the plinth. The work includes shifting of transformer to the site of installation within the substation premises, assembling fixing and fitting of all accessories and filling of transformer oil to the desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage. Providing & fixing Copper.L-piece/Connector 07 no.for transformer. All the jumpering & connection are included in the scope of work. Work shall be done as per RESSPO Norms(All material shall be provided by the contractor except Transformer)

INSTALLATION OF VCB:- Installation of 33KV VCB- complete work including commissioning.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

INSTALLATION OF ISOLATORS :-Assembling and installation of line /bus isolator on the isolator structure, In case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be insured. The work includes fabrication for proper flexing if required.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Providing & fixing of connector for LA,CT,PT,Isolator etc.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class GI pipe 50mm dia from ground upto the water level (minimum 30 meter deep) as per standard practice (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 53.

Fabrication, Erection,Plinthing & grouting of Neutral erthing (0.9 Mtr Below & 2.6 mtr above ground level because of earth filling) and grouting of M.S Angle 75x75x6 or 65x65x6mm in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the separate earthing strips for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 52.

INSTALLATION OF SWITCHGEARS IN CONTROL ROOM

Shifting carefully & safely 11KV I/C,O/G&B/C switchgear from outside of the switchgear room in proper position and alignment and checking-complete work with Mounting of P.T on incoming Switch gear.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except 11 KV I/C, O/G & B/C will be provided by the department)as per RESSPO Norms

Fixing and making bus bar connections in between all switchgears after cleaning and taping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly. Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick Bakelite separators and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound-complete work including cost of all material (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms and strictly to the satisfaction of site in- charge.

Fixing and connecting of all outgoing/incoming 11 kv cables with all switchgears and taping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms and strictly to the satisfaction of site in- charge.

Shifting carefully & installation of 33KV Double circuit transformer control panel in control room including its grouting. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except 33KV single circuit transformer control panel shall be provided by the department)as per RESSPO Norms

Shifting carefully & installation of 33KV single circuit line control feeder panel in control room including its grouting (All material shall be provided by the contractor except 33KV single circuit line control feeder panel shall be provided by the department)as per RESSPO Norms

EARTHING OF 11KV SWITCHGEARS & 33KV CONTROL PANELS Earthing of indoor equipments by means of M.S strip 50x6mm & connecting to Pipe type earthing as per RESSPO norms. Joints will be welded with high quality arc welding. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable exposure type double pole with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like danger board, number plate, barbed wire, pin insulators with pins, channels 100x50 mm and MS angle 65x65x6 mm . Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 29.

Fabrication, erection, plinthing of substation type double pole of ST. Pole 11 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamp, channel, angle 11 Kv pin, pin insulator , 11 KV TPMO/DO set and sub station type M.S angle accessories with electrode earthing as per RESSPO Norms(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 32.

Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Painting of ST pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality enamel paint ISI mark (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Installation of 63 KVA T/F on T/F Plinth/ double pole and commissioning including jumpering with the system (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

Construction of RCC Cable trench 800x850 mm as per drawing including trench cover in Angle fram size angle 75X75X6 MM Trench wall thikness 1500mm grill by MS rod 10 mm dia vartical distance 6"horizentel distance 4".

H.T.CABLE LAYING

Cable laying 11KV,3X300,3X185 and 3X70 above size sq S/C in normal soil by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, bricks. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making rings and sealing both ends of the cable.

Hoisting of 11KV cable providing GI pipe of 4" dia and 3M long with making O/D J/Kit proper supporting clamp and its jumpering with existing lines.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 33.

High Pressure testing of 11 KV XLPE cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor.

Construction of cable trench of size 300x300 mm including brick work 1:4 in wall of the trench. Brick ballast work in 1:5:10 on foundation, plaster 12 mm thick with coarse sand 1:4 and surface finishing with cement. Providing MS strip at an interval of 0.5 M & MS angle running on both the edges of trench.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 54.

Construction of welded frame type control cable trench cover 0.5 M long suitable for trench including cost of MS/Torr Bar.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 55.

Construction of Toe wall around the outdoor Switchyard of the S/s of size 0.75 Mt.at Base and 0.23 Mt. at top as per RESSPO Norms by lst class bricks in the ratio 1:6, Base concreting of the wall to be done in ratio 1:6:12 and plaster 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4. Fabrication of switchyard fencing with wire mesh 10SWG(37mmx50mm) along with Fabrication of one number gate made of MS Angle, MS Channel, MS Flat together with locking arrangement, its Installation including the cost of civil material, angle 50x50x5mm.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 46.

STATION/SWITCHYARD LIGHTING

Erection of 9 Mt. STP after excavation of earth in any type of soil and grouting of CC in ratio 1:4:8 (cement, coarse sand & brick ballast) With plinthing (All material shall be provided by the contractor except Pole)as per RESSPO Drawing/Schedule No 47.

Stringing & sagging of with Lt PVC cable 3.5x70 sq mm three phase four wire including fixing of insulators. Strings and tension fitting complete with sagging etc. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except cable)as per RESSPO Norms

Provided and Fixing of LED flood lamp 120W complete fittings, (standard quality ISI mark with water tight fittings, elbow etc.)on above supports.(All material shall be provided by the contractor )as per RESSPO Norms/Schedule No 47.

Laying and spreading of 3.5 x 150/70/35 Sq.mm PVC LT cable (250 M) from 11/.04 kv,63KVA T/F to LT Distribution Board in switchgear room after digging the trench, laying cable and refilling of trench including connection at both ends after providing and crimpling of lugs of proper size, complete work.(All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied item)as per RESSPO Norms

The inter axial spacing between two cable should be in between 0.32 M to 0.40 M. (As per JE instruction) and back filling the trench by soil (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 kV XLPE cable)

Fabrication and fixing of guarding angle on single/double poles. Stringing and sagging of two nos. GI wire with cradle guarding of above 11 kv line as per RESSPO norms. Including provision of all necessary accessories like clamps and hooks etc . 1 No =ONE SPAN OF 40 Mtr, (All material except guarding angle & GI wire will be supplied by the contractor)

Nozeling ,winding & grouting of stay set. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor except stay wire & stay set).

Grouting of STP/PCC in depth of 1/6th the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per RESSPO norms & its earthing as per RESSPO norms.

Painting of STP with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality top 2 mtr PO Red paint and remaining al. Paint (ISI mark) as per RESPO norms.

Cutting and chopping of tree branches of trees.

Providing & Fixing of rubber mat 2x1 sq. mtr.

Plotting of cable layout route & providing the map (i.e. depth Undernet and distance from either side of prominent reference fixed points). The reference must be not more intervals of 100 meter.(All material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

Painting of 11 kv feeder Name on the End type Double Pole/ Cable Exposure/ Cable stand etc as per instruction of site engineer

Scanning/Tracing of existing underneath power cables, water pipe line, gas pipe line, sewer pipe line on proposed route to avoid possibilities of any kind of damage during digging of trench/drilling for laying cable. (Scanning machine will be provided by the contractor)
