Construction of Kalyan mandap at majhipali, Sambalpur

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings, and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of slumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in all kind of soil including moorum stony earth and gravel mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Upto 1.5m depth

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Above 1.5m depth)

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, with excavated earth in layers including watering and ramming with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, T&P complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & filling foundation and plinth with good quality river sand well watered and rammed including cost of material, labour, carriage, royalty, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size hard granite C.B. metal approved quality from approved quarry including including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth. Providing 2.5cm thick Damp Proof Course with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of wall including integral waterproofing, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying of pre-construction Anti-Termite treatment specification and the holes should be pluged with filling materials including cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance and all taxes, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
